Farmed on land, in clean recirculated seawater, on Malaysia's east coast.
Our grouper grow in covered tanks of filtered seawater that is cleaned and reused, not dumped back into the ocean. Malaysia's grouper still mostly comes from open sea cages exposed to disease and weather. Ours doesn't.
Tanks are stocked in a staggered rotation, so there is always a batch ready for market.
Grouper fry are bred and nursed in our own hatchery.
Fish grow to market size in covered, controlled tanks.
A solar-roofed biofiltration deck cleans the water continuously.
Clean seawater returns to the tanks, and the loop repeats.
Harvested to order, bled for clean flavour and delivered whole on ice or filleted to your spec. Reserve a share of our first harvest before it's allocated.
Our team surveyed sites up and down the Peninsula, from Alor Setar and Bachok to Besut and Kuantan. Cherating stood out: seawater with the right salinity for grouper, strong logistics links and plenty of room to grow.

Hybrid grouper leads, backed by grouper fry, sea grapes, oysters and aquaculture courses, all from the same closed-loop site. We're talking to partners who want to build food security on the east coast with us.
